Ah! Si JAKA is a short stands for Asinan Jakarta.

Was formed in 2019 on the sidelines of busy Jakarta, Jaka decided to take a break and eat Asinan Jakarta. The combination of spicy, sour, sweet produces a fresh sensation that brings new enthusiasm to continue activities. Unexpectedly, Jaka found happiness only from an Asinan Jakarta. So Jaka decided to share it with Jaka's friends :).

Asinan is an authentic Indonesian dessert made from a preserved --through Borneo Orange - and filled with tropical fruit dishes such as mango, apple, guava, thorny palm, amberella, jicama, pineapple, papaya, and chilli.
